This Visitor Protection Kit is designed with the proper protection against occupational
exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens by
both Federal and State O.S.H.A. standards.
This kit is provided for your protection while you are in an area
where you
could be subjected to contamination.
CONTENTS:
. 1 ea Combo Face Mask (w/eyeshield attached)
. 1 ea Isolation Gown Uni-size
. 1 pr Gloves, disposable
. 1 pr Boot covers, disposable
. 1 ea Cap, surgical (hair cover)
. 1 ea Towelette (antimicrobial)
All contained in a plastic zip-lock bag for disposal, which should be placed
in a bio-hazard waste bag.
